Terms of use

What you can and cannot do on the site, who owns the code and content, how the free tools work and what we guarantee.

  • The brief builder and SiteSketch are free; drafts are not shared with the studio until you explicitly submit them
  • Ordered code and content belong to you once paid for
  • One account — one person or company; you are responsible for actions under your account

1. What this document covers

These terms govern the use of the website site.4you.com.ua, the client dashboard, the brief builder, the SiteSketch editor and other services of the REDCODE studio (the "site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Paid services are additionally governed by the public offer, data processing by the privacy policy.

2. Account

Access to the dashboard requires registration with a valid e-mail address. You undertake to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Actions taken under your account are deemed yours. We may suspend an account in case of a breach of these terms, hacking attempts or fraud.

3. Free tools

The brief builder and the SiteSketch editor are provided free of charge and "as is". Briefs and sketches created in them are your drafts: we do not have access to them and are not obliged to store them until you explicitly press "Submit". After submission the brief or sketch becomes the basis for a project estimate, and we may contact you. Submitting a brief is not an order and does not oblige either party to anything.

4. Intellectual property

Yours. Code, design and content developed to your order and fully paid for belong to you, including the right to modify them and hand them to other contractors. We transfer the repository and access once payment is complete.

Ours. The site itself, its design, texts, the brief builder, the sketch editor, our internal libraries and tools are the property of the studio. You may use them as intended but may not copy, resell or present them as your own.

Shared. Open-source libraries and frameworks (Laravel, Next.js, WordPress and others) are used under their licences. Plugins purchased from us are licensed under the terms stated on the plugin page.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to: attempt to access other people's accounts or data; scan, overload or otherwise disrupt the site; upload malicious code or content that violates the law or third-party rights; use the site to send spam. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend the account without notice.

6. User files and content

You retain all rights to the files you upload to the dashboard and grant us permission to use them solely to deliver your project. You are responsible for having the right to use them.

7. Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep the site running around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: technical breaks, updates and feature changes are possible. We may change, suspend or discontinue the free tools, giving registered users reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and the free tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or data loss arising from the use of the free services. Liability for paid services is defined by the contract or the public offer and is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page and takes effect upon publication; we will notify registered users of material changes by e-mail. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation; failing that, in the court at the studio's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

No. Until you press "Submit", the brief and the sketch are your drafts. We receive them only after explicit submission.

You do — after full payment. We hand over the repository and access, and you can develop the project further with any contractor.

It depends on the breach: from removing content to suspending the account. In disputed cases we write first and clarify the circumstances.
