Roles do not match the job titles
A ready-made admin has one "manager" role, while your sales manager, warehouse manager and shift lead see and do different things.
Roles for your team, reports for your metrics and automation instead of manual work: integrations between services, incoming request handling, scheduled exports, notifications.

Every Monday somebody exports three spreadsheets and merges them into a fourth. The panel shows those numbers immediately, and everyone looks at one version.
Website form, e-mail, messenger, phone. Incoming requests are scattered, and some never reach the person responsible.
CRM, accounting, delivery, advertising. To see the picture you open five tabs and add up the numbers in your head.
Copy an order, change a status, send a letter. That is work for a script, not for a person.
Plugins on top of plugins, workarounds and a verbal rule about "where not to click". A panel built for the process has no such places.
Owner, head of department, operator, contractor — each sees their own part and nothing extra.
A manager sees the order but not the purchase price. That is configured, not accidental.
Who changed what and when — with the option to restore the previous value.
For roles with access to money and personal data.
Not "every possible report", but the numbers you make decisions on every week.
By branch, business line, manager — in the breakdown that you need.
Excel and PDF in the form your accountant or director expects, not a generic table.
The key numbers of the day are visible right after login — no assembling them by hand every morning.
An order from the website lands in accounting, a payment in the CRM, a shipment with the courier. No copying.
A request from any channel gets an owner, a status and a response deadline automatically.
The report for accounting is generated every Monday at eight and lands in the mailbox or the drive by itself.
Telegram, e-mail, SMS — about a new request, an overdue deadline or a deviation in the numbers.
Not "what the panel should do", but who does what, where the data comes from and where time is lost today.
A clickable prototype without design: screens, transitions, who sees what. Changing something here takes hours.
We split the work into blocks with their own price and deadline. The first block is the one that removes the most manual work.
Every two weeks — a working block you can open and try on real data.
We migrate the data, train the team and keep a hand on the pulse for a month. After that — development from your list.
The price depends on the number of roles, reports and external systems to exchange data with. The figures below come from our practice.
A few roles, records and reference lists, basic reports.
Data exchange with the website, CRM and accounting; incoming request handling.
Scenarios that run without a person: scheduled exports, chains of actions, deadline control.
If your website is pages and articles, the admin of WordPress or another CMS covers the task completely, and a custom panel would be more expensive and slower. The same goes for an online store with a typical process: WooCommerce or a ready-made platform will do. We say this first, because building a panel "for prestige" is a bad investment.
A custom panel pays off when the process does not fit someone else’s logic: you have several roles with different permissions, your own statuses and stages, reports no plugin offers, and data scattered across several services. Then every hour the team spends merging data by hand is the price of the missing panel.
Not an abstract "AI optimises your business", but concrete scenarios: a form request creates a record and assigns an owner; a payment changes the order status and triggers the shipment; a report is generated on schedule and arrives by e-mail on its own; an overdue deadline raises a notification to the director. Each scenario we first describe in words together with you, then implement and demonstrate in action.
Integrations go through the APIs of the services you already use. If a service has no API, we say so at the mapping stage, not after payment.
A panel for one team with a few roles and basic reports — from $900 and 4–6 weeks. A panel with integrations and request handling — from $2400. A panel with automated scenarios — from $5000 and three months or more. The exact price comes after the prototype, when every screen is visible.
A CMS admin manages content: pages, articles, products. A panel built for the process manages the work: requests, stages, owners, reports and exchange with other systems. If you need the former, take a CMS — we will tell you so ourselves.
Yes, if they have an API — which covers most CRMs, accounting systems, couriers and payment services. The list of integrations and how realistic each one is we agree at the process-mapping stage, before the estimate.
A chain of actions performed without a person, triggered by an event or a schedule: new request → record and owner; payment → status and shipment; Monday 08:00 → report by e-mail. Each scenario we describe in words, implement and show on real data.
The month after launch is included in the price. After that — a development retainer or hourly work. The code, repository and access are yours: any developer can continue.
Laravel on the back end, React on the front end, MySQL or PostgreSQL. A common stack for which it is easy to find a developer five years from now.
